Volunteers have been hard at work to prepare Horsham’s Blue Ribbon Raceway for its upcoming season.
Horsham Motor Sports Club secretary Emma Bansemer said the track was being reshaped.
“It is a maintenance project that needed to be done,” she said. “The track was getting thin, so we’ve been moving dirt from the infield onto it.”

HORSHAM Motor Sports Club committee has backed the actions of its volunteers in dealing with a car fire which injured Warrnambool driver Corey McCullagh during a meeting at Blue Ribbon Raceway on December 27.
The committee responded to criticism of its handling of the incident and the running of the December 27 meeting at Kalkee with an emailed statement to the Mail-Times.
