Gerlach Crowned Club Champion

Horsham Motor Sports Club held their Presentation night on Saturday 11th July.
Matt Gerlach was crowned Club Champion, Gerlach had an excellent year in his Commodore 3 litre car. Runner -up was up and coming Limited Sportsman driver Tim McDonald and 3rd place was veteran Truck driver Wes Bell.

Class Results were as follows:-

Three Litre / Productions:-
Class Champion- Matt Gerlach, Runner Up- Brett Luy, Best First Year-Troy Kenny, Most Improved -Steve Hately and Encouragement award Daniel Watson.

Limited Sportsmans:-
Class Champion- Tim McDonald, Runner Up- Mark McDonald, Best First Year- Raelene McDonald, Most Improved – Tim McDonald and Encouragement award Keith Anthony.

V8 Trucks:-
Class Champion- Wes Bell, Runner Up- Jack McGennisken, Best First Year-Beau Beames and Encouragement award Brendan Chrystie.

ASCF Ladies
Class Champion- Kathryn Wilken, Runner Up- Amy Yole, Best First Year – Emma Wilken, and Encouragement award Kristy Yole.

1200cc Juniors:-
Class Champion- Daniel Simpson, Runner Up- Gemma Horrocks, Most Improved -Gemma Horrocks and Encouragement award Jayden Baker.

Street Stocks Participation award to Luke James.

Volunteer Awards to Junior- Dylan Simpson, Senior Alex Cushion.

A great season has ended and everyone looking forward to the start of a new season in October. The club has a lot to look forward to with 3 Victorian titles to held at Blue Ribbon next year, GP Midgets, Modified Productions and The limited Sportsmans.
